Our minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 50 pieces; this includes different sizes of a silhouette in the same color.
What is the lead time for production and delivery?
Our lead times are typically 2 weeks for sample production and 4-6 weeks for bulk production.

What materials and fabrics do you use?
Our wholesale catalog products are available in a variety of fabrics and fiber contents, all listed in our product descriptions.
All of our fabrics are made from 100% recycled fibers and we offer custom clothing production upon request.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our vertically integrated supply chain consists of multiple factories; our flagship factory is based in Bangladesh.
Can I request samples before placing a bulk order?
Individual custom samples are provided free of charge with a 30% down payment on the total production order.
Clients may also order samples separately, but these will be treated as standalone orders and will follow the terms and conditions of a regular order, including pricing, payment, and fulfillment policies.
Is private labeling included in the wholesale price?
Yes — all wholesale pricing includes custom hangtags, woven labels, wash care labels, and all garments are packed in polybags with size stickers, ready for retail.
Please note that any additional custom packaging requests, such as custom polybags or special packaging, will incur extra costs. Contact us for details on these custom requirements.
Is shipping included in the wholesale price?
Our wholesale prices do not include shipping. The shipping total is calculated upon finalizing the client's order details and delivery address.
Are duties and taxes included in my order?
