What is your minimum order quantity? (MOQ)
Minimums start at 50 pieces per style and colour on the heavyweight catalog (300 to 450 GSM). The medium weight catalog (180 to 300 GSM) and custom, non-catalog projects start at 100 pieces. Pieces can be split across sizes within the same colour and design.
What is the lead time for production and delivery?
Samples take 2 to 3 weeks. Bulk production takes 4 to 7 weeks delivered, including shipping time. Timelines can vary with the product and the level of customization, and we confirm yours in your quote.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, wire transfer, bank transfer, and PayPal.

What materials and fabrics do you use?
Our wholesale catalog products are available in a variety of fabrics and fiber contents, all listed in our product descriptions.
All catalog fabrics are made from 100% recycled fibers. Fibers for custom projects vary by project.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our vertically integrated supply chain consists of multiple factories; our flagship factory is based in Bangladesh.
Can I request samples before placing a bulk order?
Individual custom samples are provided free of charge with a 30% down payment on the total production order.
Clients may also order samples separately, but these will be treated as standalone orders and will follow the terms and conditions of a regular order, including pricing, payment, and fulfillment policies.
Is private labeling included in the wholesale price?
Yes. Custom hangtags and woven labels are included in our wholesale pricing, along with basic plastic packaging. Poly zip bags are available at an additional cost.
Is shipping included in the wholesale price?
For orders to the US, Canada and Europe, shipping is included in your all-in quote. Other regions are evaluated order by order. Expedited air shipping is available at an additional cost.
