Orbit Collective is a custom streetwear manufacturer for clothing brands in the US, Canada, Europe and worldwide. We produce tees, hoodies, crewnecks, sweatpants and more, with minimums starting at 50 pieces per style and colour. For orders to the US, Canada and Europe, every quote is all-in, including shipping, duties and customs, so the price you approve is the price you pay.

How production works
- Choose your blanks. Browse our catalog of medium weight (180 to 300 GSM) and heavyweight (300 to 450 GSM) garments, or talk to us about a fully custom product.
- Request a quote. Send your styles, colours, quantities, decoration and labels through our order form or to info@orbitcollective.com. We reply with an all-in price and timeline.
- Approve your sample. Your sample is ready in 2 to 3 weeks, so you can check fit, fabric and decoration before committing to bulk.
- Bulk production. Once your sample is approved and your 30% down payment is placed, bulk production and delivery take 4 to 7 weeks, shipping time included.
- Delivery. For the US, Canada and Europe, shipping, duties and customs are already in your price. No surprise fees at the border.
Minimums
Minimums start at 50 pieces per style and colour.
- Heavyweight catalog (300 to 450 GSM): 50 pieces
- Medium weight catalog (180 to 300 GSM): 100 pieces
- Custom projects (non-catalog products): 100 pieces
Your pieces can be split across sizes within the same colour and design. That keeps production efficient and quality consistent, while staying within reach for a first-time brand.
Sampling and lead times
- Samples: 2 to 3 weeks
- Bulk production, delivered: 4 to 7 weeks, including shipping time
Samples are included at no cost when you place the 30% down payment on your bulk order. Timelines can vary with the product and the level of customization, and we confirm yours in your quote.
All-in pricing and shipping
Import costs are easy to underestimate on a first production run. For orders to the US, Canada and Europe, our quote always covers production, shipping, duties and customs. What you approve is what you pay, with no extra charges when your order crosses the border. For other regions we evaluate pricing order by order, and all-in pricing is not guaranteed. Expedited air shipping is available at an additional cost.

Fabrics
Our catalog blanks are made from recycled combed cotton and cotton blends, in medium weight (180 to 300 GSM) and heavyweight (300 to 450 GSM) options. For custom projects, Pima cotton and Pima/Alpaca blends are available on request through our developing partnership in Peru.
Where production happens
Production currently runs in Bangladesh. We are also developing a production partnership in Lima, Peru, and can take on custom Pima cotton and Pima/Alpaca projects there on request. Our team is based in New York and manages your order from quote to delivery.
