At Orbit Collective, we provide you with a seamless 3 step garment manufacturing process.

Experience stress free clothing manufacturing by working with our exclusive supply chain. With proven international success in the garment wholesale industry, we have built a vertically integrated network of manufacturers, design specialists, and shipping agents to offer you a reliable clothing manufacturing system delivering the highest quality garments.

STEP 1) PROJECT CONSULTATION

We work closely with you to understand your vision and organize the components needed to create your production ready project outline.

These components include:

  • Selected wholesale garments (by product name)
  • Product color choices for each garment style
  • Product mock-ups with design placements and measurements
  • Your design files in a PDF format (for graphics, tags, and labels)
  • Method of application for each design (screen print, embroidery, DTG, Etc.)
  • Order quantity and size breakdown of each garment style

If you do not have any of the following components, we can assist you in finalizing these details. For any design related projects, we have an in-house design team that can assist you in creating your product mock-ups and calculate your logo placements and measurements. Design services are offered at an added cost and rates are dependent on the complexity of the project.

STEP 2) PRODUCTION

Upon finalizing your project outline and design preferences, we can enter the production stage of your new project. We will email you a final summary of your project details to confirm your desired deliverables before beginning production.

Once production starts, we will keep you updated on your manufacturing process with real-time updates.

Manufacturing turnaround times:

  • Pre production samples - 2-3 weeks
  • Bulk production - 4-6 weeks

STEP 3) SHIPPING AND FULFILLMENT

When the production for your order is complete, we will ship your order to your provided shipping address. Shipping typically takes 5-7 business days and is included in our aforementioned manufacturing turnaround times, you will receive tracking once your order has shipped.

We work with an exclusive network of freight forwarders and shipping agents to ensure a seamless delivery experience from our factories to your destination.
